Originally from Wayzata, Minnesota, Beth moved to Florida in 1972, while still in high school. She knows the City of Naples.
After earning a bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida, Beth began her full-time real estate career in 1982. Beth earned her Broker’s license in 1983. She was one of the original agents with Powell & Yanson, which later became Prudential Florida Realty, and now Coldwell Banker. During these years, Beth earned the Legend Award, which is presented to agents who have been named to the Chairman's Circle for five years.
Beth has been with Premier Sotheby's International Realty (formerly Premier Properties) since 1998. Beth has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer. Specializing in waterfront properties, Old Naples, Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Moorings, Coquina Sands, Park Shore and Pelican Bay. Beth is honored to have numerous repeat and referral clients, and prides herself in helping each and every one with her personal and professional service.
Beth and her husband Joe, has been involved with the community in a variety of ways. They have raised two sons in Naples, Sean and Connor.
Joe is a native of Naples, and is a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Captain. His family founded Naples' first art gallery, and brought numerous nationally and internationally acclaimed artists to our town. Joe has been a Realtor since 1998. You will find him at Open Houses, showings, and doing research to keep our clients fully informed.
In addition, Joe is a well-known backwater fishing Captain. He also teaches Adult Education classes at Barron Collier High School.
